Today we spent mostly waiting. Two hours to see the Statue of Liberty, more hours for the ferries to and from. We looked briefly at Ellis Island and paid our respects at Ground Zero, then cought a train at Penn Station. We were amazed at the number of people moving at a blistering pace there. Jackie mastered the subway in under a day - even the turnstiles!
